What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If there’s any visible damage to the packaging—even just the box—make a note of it when signing. If you can’t open the package on the spot, simply write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

If your item does turn out to be damaged, email us at support@wildernestsupply.com with a few clear photos. We’ll take care of a replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
