Wildernest Supply Returns Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Return Window
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in their original, unused condition—with tags attached and in the original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Just email us at support@wildernestsupply.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you all the details for sending it back. Please don’t ship anything without first contacting us—we won’t be able to accept it.
Return Shipping

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you’ve simply changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
For change-of-mind returns, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Return Method
We accept returns by mail only.
Return Label
For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll send a prepaid label via email. Just print it out and attach it to your package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We ask that you inspect your order on arrival. If anything’s wrong—damaged, defective, or not what you ordered—let us know right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Need to swap for the same item? Contact us at support@wildernestsupply.com.

We get it—plans shift. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update your shipping address.
