How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders quickly—usually within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days from the ship date. If there’s an exception, you’ll find a clear note on the product page.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives. Full details can be found on our Returns Policy.
Are returns free?
If your item is damaged or defective, return shipping is on us.
For all other returns—including change of mind—you’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Can I cancel my order?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything looks off, note it when signing for the package—"suspect damage" is fine if you can't check the contents right away. If damage is confirmed, send us a few photos at support@wildernestsupply.com, and we’ll take care of it with a replacement or refund.

Can I make changes to my order?
