2. Product Quality

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives defective or malfunctions, we offer a 100% refund or replacement.

To help us resolve this promptly:

  • Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage—even to the box—note it on the delivery receipt.

  • If you can’t open the package immediately but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

  • Email clear photos of the damage to support@wildernestsupply.com so we can expedite your replacement or refund.


3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

The manufacturer’s warranty typically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, coverage does not extend to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear.

  • Environmental or accidental damage beyond normal conditions.

  • Consumable parts or accessories, unless specifically covered.

4. Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  3. Once approved, we will coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund based on the product’s warranty terms.


5. Shipping & Labor Responsibilities

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Shipping the product back to us for evaluation is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If a repair or replacement is approved, Wildernest Supply may cover the shipping of the replacement item.

  • Labor, installation, or removal costs are not covered under standard manufacturer warranties.


6. Transferring Your Warranty

Most manufacturer warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. For exceptions or available extended warranty options, please refer to the product documentation or contact our support team.


7. Disclaimers & Legal Limitations

This warranty represents our sole obligation and is not transferable.
