Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (GMT-05:00, Detroit time) will be processed promptly.

Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order should arrive within 4–7 business days.

Shipping Methods
Most orders are delivered by third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. For freight items, we’ll contact you to schedule a curbside delivery. Please ensure you provide an accurate phone number during checkout for scheduling.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. When it ships (typically within 1–2 business days), we’ll send a tracking link so you can monitor delivery status.

Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel anytime before your order ships. If it's already been dispatched, please check our refund policy for next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
